Director's Statement

Creating a short film has been my lifelong dream, one nurtured through years of imagination, struggle, and unwavering passion. All Rules Aside is more than just a film—it's a declaration of creative freedom, a testament to resilience, and a tribute to the stories that live within us all, waiting for the courage to be told.

This project was born out of a desire to break boundaries—both personal and artistic. With All Rules Aside, I’ve chosen to defy convention, challenge expectations, and trust instinct over instruction. It’s raw, it's real, and it carries a voice that has waited patiently to be heard.

This is my time. This is my vision. To everyone who's ever been told to stay in line—this one’s for you.

"He left the mafia behind, burying his past in the shadows of a life he swore never to return to. But when his wife is kidnapped and blood is demanded in return for her life, Antonio is dragged back into the unforgiving world he thought he had escaped. His hands, once clean, are now stained in the darkness of old allegiances.
